DEAL NEWS: fokus law supports VERBUND Energy4Customers GmbH in the acquisition of a stake in the photovoltaic company Solavolta.
VERBUND Energy4Customers GmbH, a subsidiary of the listed VERBUND AG, has fully acquired the photovoltaic company Solavolta, based in St. Margarethen (district of Eisenstadt-Umgebung). The VERBUND Group had already held a 50 per cent stake in Solavolta since 2015. VERBUND Energy4Customers GmbH was legally advised on the takeover by fokus Rechtsanwälte GmbH under the leadership of Philipp Kalser (partner) and Clemens Stegner (partner).
“Thanks to the great willingness of all parties involved, the transaction could be completed very quickly, so that nothing stands in the way of the immediate realisation of initial synergy effects in the areas of product range, installation expertise and customer service,” it said in a press release.
According to the PV company, it carries out around 1,000 installations of photovoltaic systems every year, including consulting and planning.
