Dr Klara Kiehl, a lawyer specialising in litigation and commercial criminal law and former partner at Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH, has joined the team at fokus Rechtsanwälte.
With Klara Kiehl, fokus covers the entire spectrum of commercial law: litigation and commercial criminal law, insolvency law & restructuring, corporate and real estate law, financing and contract drafting.
Klara Kiehl worked in the Dispute Resolution Team at Schoenherr attorneys at law from January 2013 to January 2024, most recently as a partner. One of her core competences is compliance-related litigation, whereby she supports clients in the investigation of compliance violations and the preparation of prevention concepts on the one hand and in litigation in connection with the defence against liability and compensation claims on the other.
